10 steps to change spare tire Safely

1. Park in safe and flat area (if Possible)

2. Set parking brake (e-brake) and if possible put some obstacle under wheels to prevent accidental car rolling. A Rock or piece of wood would work OK.

4. Find designated jacking point under car to position car jack,

5. Loosen tire lug nuts or bolt,

6. Jack up the vehicle and pay attention for any vehicle shifting or rolling when lifting car up.

7. Remove wheel nuts and remove damaged tire.

8. Install spare tire and hand tighten lug-nuts.

9. Lower the vehicle.

10. With tire wrench tighten nuts all the way, as hard as you can, don’t step or jump on the tool trying get them super tight.

    Drive to nearest gas station to inflate spare tire to proper pressure (60psi)
